Shopping until I dropped at L.K Bennett's Pop Up Event at The OUTLET!!

Well all my readers will know I prefer quality over quantity.......but what if you could have the best of both worlds? The chance to get quality items at rock bottom prices??

Well this little fashionista is very pleased to reveal that this fashion dream is now a reality! As high end high street retailer L.K. Bennett has just opened a Pop Up Clearance Boutique in The OUTLET, Banbridge!

Shop till you drop! Myself with all my purchases from L.K. Bennett's Pop Up Boutique!

For anyone who doesn't know the brand, L.K. Bennett specialises in beautifully made, classic garments and accessories, think Kate Middleton, Audery Hepburn and you've pretty much got it! As a luxury high street retailer, their prices are in the £££'s and for most tend to be investment purchases! However every so often those lovely people at L.K. Bennett open a Pop-Up Clearence Boutique at The OUTLET, Banbridge giving customers the chance to buy items at up to 90% off the RRP!!!!

So you can imagine my excitement when I received an invite to a special Blogger Preview of their new Pop Up Boutique (open until 9th June)!! To say I was excited was a massive understatement! When I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised at the sheer amount of items for sale, all of which were in excellent condition! I noticed that there was a great selection of styles in the footwear section, everything from summer flats, to sky scraper heels, and even some killer knee high boots! So whether you're looking for something new for your summer wardrobe, or you are thinking ahead for Autumn/Winter there will be something for you!

Dress wise it was pretty much what you would expect from L.K. Bennett, classicly cut pieces which will rarely date in luxurious fabrics such as silks, velvets and wool crepe. While anyone looking to update their workwear wardrobe will find plenty of jackets, trousers, dresses and skirts to build a nice capsule wardrobe!

So you can imagine the excitment as N.Ireland's top fashion bloggers all came together to check out what was available!! We all went gaga over the shoes, excitedly trying on the different styles, or coming out of the changing rooms to show off our favourite pieces!! It was great to meet up with my fellow bloggers: Avril (School Gate Style), Nuala (The Beauty Cloud), and Gemma Louise (That Belfast Girl) once again as well as getting the chance to meet Ruth from Welcome to Willow Lane at her first blogger event!
Chatting away with Store Manager Lauren I could tell how passionate she was about the brand and both Lauren & her staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole shopping experience hugely enjoyable!

But I'm sure you're all wondering what I bought!? Well I after trying on a few different styles I opted for L.K. Bennett's iconic "Tina" dress! Produced in a variety of colours and materials I bought it in a plum wool crepe and a gorgeous dark teal velvet! I also found a great selection of footwear and instantly grabbed the stunning "Oxford" suede boots! With a sky scraper heel, and beautiful lacing detail down the side I couldn't resist them plus I did a double take when I saw the price, £325 RRP reduced to £40!!!!!! Mine, mine, mine my brain screamed!!

Enjoying myself as I tried on a few *cough* dresses!

Purple wool crepe "Tina" dress was £225, now £25.

Teal velvet "Tina" dress was £225, now £30.

"Oxford" suede boots were £325, now £40.

Next on my hit list was a fascinator! A what I hear you say? It may sound like a rather random purchase, but at the beginning of the year I treated myself to a gorgeous pink lace print dress, with matching shoes and clutch from Karen Millen. So far I've worn it to the Press Launch SS'13 of West Coast Cooler Belfast FASHIONWEEK, but it's an outfit that would be perfect for ladies day at Down Royal and this fascinator was THE perfect shade of pink to match! Plus at only £10 (reduced from £65) I knew I'd probably never find one as good a match again and at that price it was far too good an opportunity to pass up!

"Noleen" fascinator was £65, now £10.

Last but by no means least was a pair of sandals! As many of my readers will know I love my heels, well truth is I only ever wear heels, and those lovely people at L.K. Bennett very kindly gave us bloggers the chance to choose a pair to take home with us!! I chose the fabulous "Cheyne" peep toe sandals, in leopard ponyskin and maroon leather! Carrie Bradshaw eat your heart out!! I love them so much I've even been wearing them round the house this weekend and keep looking down just to admire them! (Originally £250 & available to buy at £25)!! We also were treated on the day with a lovely goodie bag containing a large wash bag from Clarins and six mini Clarins products! Talk about spoiling us!!

L.K. Bennett "Cheyne" peep toe sandals were £250, now £25.

All in all I was extremely impressed with the Pop Up Boutique, for anyone who is a fan of the L.K. Bennett brand it's a must, and for anyone who has never tried the brand it's the perfect opportunity to dip your toe in the water so to speak and try the brand out! So why not pop down and take a look yourself? I promise you won't be disappointed!!
