This was my first big interview and I was so nervous! Cathy Martin had organised for me to interview the George at Asda team who had flown over from their head office especially for WCC FASHIONWEEK, I was so worried they would think I was asking silly questions, but I was so wrong! An interview that was supposed to be 15 minutes ended up becoming 45 minutes and we got on so well that the George team even asked me to join them on the FROW for their catwalk show that night! Since then i've remained firm friends with the George team and love catching up with them at FASHIONWEEK!

It meant so much when the then Area Manager of Karen Millen Ireland, Traci Conroy (who I am privileged to now count as a friend!) got in contact to tell me how much she loved my blog, and my passion for Karen Millen's designs! As a long time customer of Karen Millen it was amazing to be invited to attend Press Day's for the brand, and I loved travelling down to Dublin twice a year for a sneak peek at next season's pieces!

I have been attending FASHIONWEEK since it's inception twelve years ago, first as an audience member and subsequently as a blogger, and I never imagined I would end up styling and walking the FASHIONWEEK catwalk! I loved collaborating with The Heart Foundation as part of FASHIONWEEK'S Tenth Anniversary! Having the opportunity to style 10 looks for the catwalk , and strut my stuff on the catwalk with my all time fav FASHIONWEEK model, Yomiko really was a "bucket list" moment! I loved every minute of my experience!!

There are so many international bloggers whom I love, from KAYTURE to Oracle Fox and one thing they all have in common is phenomenal photography! These days I have the privilege of collaborating with photographer Adrian Quinn for my OOTD shoots, I just love coming together with him to plan out shoots and create striking imagery for my blog! Watch out for lots of exciting OOTD shoots to come from us!



Since interviewing the George at Asda design team back in 2013 I've remained firm friends with the team, and when they approached me to take part in their "Style Showdown" in association with WCC FASHIONWEEK I was so excited! I loved creating each of my looks for the challenge, especially my "Boho Princess" which was such a style departure for me!



During my time as a blogger i've been privileged to attend lots of red carpet events, from the IN! Glamour Awards to the FASHIONWEEK Fashion and Retail Awards where I was shortlisted as Blogger/Social Media Influencer of the Year! One of my favourite events was the Unify Fashion Showcase at Parliament Buildings, Stormount which was sponsored by Aston Martin! I loved channelling my inner "Bond Girl" at such a lavish and opulent venue!

As I mentioned previously I've been attending FASHIONWEEK as an audience member since it's inception, and it's been amazing to see things from the other side as a blogger! The FASHIONWEEK team have been amazing over the years, allowing me to come and go as I please, I think these days i've become part of the FASHIONWEEK furniture!


No matter who you are we all have difficulty in finding things that work for us, same can go for deciphering the latest trends or discovering how to pick up a designer bargain! One of the aspects of blogging I love is imparting my years of fashion experience and knowledge to you, my readers!
