Appletiser StyleFIX sparkled at Foyleside Shopping Centre!

For the fourth year running, Appletiser StyleFIX hit the road and brought the second show of this year’s tour to Foyleside Shopping Centre, Derry/Londonderry on Saturday 01 June. For any fashion fan the Appletiser StyleFIX is not to be missed bringing the latest trends to fashionista's across N. Ireland and Ireland providing local stylistas a one-stop, fashion-fix as they shop!
Audience members at the event in Foyleside enjoyed high-impact fashion shows throughout their shopping Saturday with models showcasing a whole host of hot-to-trot seasonal trends on the catwalk. With a super selection of stylish high street stores, Appletiser StyleFIX had something to set every style aficionado’s heart racing. From monochrome and cool summer whites to flamboyant florals, pretty pastels and enviable ethnic prints; no style fix was left unsolved. Those who attended also had the opportunity to sample delicious complimentary Appletiser while receiving free advice and pampering mini makeovers from make-up brand partner Smashbox.
First to catch my eye was this uber girly and cute floral pastel pink dress by Dorothy Perkins, while Gerogia's tropical floral dress wowed in this season's neon brights!
Neon continued to be a dominant trend with colourful separates and bright floral abstract scarves illustrating how easy it is to embrace the trend into your existing wardrobe!
Relaxed tailoring in summer hues, showed attendee,s how to create the perfect smart casual look with pattern trousers and slim tailored jackets taking centre stage!
But of course no Appletiser "green carpet" would be complete without a show stopping dress and this came in the form of a stunning flowing maxi dress, with beautiful crossover detailing over the bust line from Monsoon!
Appletiser’s handbag sized 350ml bottle is great for every girl’s lifestyle and is handy to drop in your bag when on the go. Stylist and show organiser Cathy Martin said fashionistas had a lot to be tempted by while shopping. “Summer has finally arrived and we’re ready to get out there and don the season’s latest trends. Summer is going to be awash with a flurry of florals, soft pastels, chic nudes and colour bursts such as classic emerald greens - just perfect for any Appletiser lady.”
She continued: “The catwalk shows provided the ideal opportunity for audience members to relax and embrace the fashions on display. The beauty consultants on hand from our make-up partner Smashbox cosmetics were also on hand offering complimentary make-up demonstrations, making suggestions on how to re-fresh your make-up bag to match your beautifully stylish new spring/summer wardrobe.”
Appletiser continues its tour and will bring Stylefix to Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge (Saturday 08 June); Mahon Point Shopping Centre, Cork in August; St Stephens Green Shopping Centre, Dublin (Saturday 07 September) as well as Belfast in September.
